Attending the International Builders Show? Here’s a Couple of Can’t Miss Programs!

There’s good news and bad news this month. No webinar training in January 2013 BUT…I’ll be presenting two programs at the NAHB International Builders Show in Vegas.

The first program, 5 Custom Builder Sales Strategies Revealed, is happening on January 22nd from 10:30 – 12:00 MST in room South 232. Two of my clients, NIH Homes and Sanctuary Homes, will be participating on a panel revealing how they’ve dramatically changed their marketing, advertising and sales. You’ll get to see their case studies and samples of what they’ve done to DOUBLE their sales in 2012.

The second program, Unleashing the Sales Power of Your Website, will be presented on January 24th from 10:30 – 11:15. This is an updated and abbreviated version of a program I presented in 2011 at IBS. I’ll be walking you through the 3 stages each of your clients go through:

  • Lead-to-prospect
  • Prospect-to-buyer
  • Buyer-to-owner

I’ll chronicle how to use your website for maximum effectiveness with each stage. Erik Cofield from Co-Construct will be speaking with me. He’ll be handling how to use your website for updates and communication during the building process (buyer-to-owner).
