Coach Rick here…
The International Builders Show 2014 is rapidly approaching – and I hope you’ve made the decision to attend. You’ll come away with innovative ideas and lots of great tools for taking your home building or home remodeling business to the next level this year.
I’m going to be there – and I’ve got several things happening that I hope you will attend.
First – I’m honored to be chosen as one of the breakout session Speakers.
I’m presenting with two industry friends – Greg Bray and Scott Stroud – and our session is titled “No Model, No Problem.”
These days, with tighter lending restrictions being forced down our throats, it’s making it tougher for many home builders and home remodelers to get financing for building models.
Don’t worry – we’re going to show you how to put tech tools to work to attract some of your very best prospects – even if you don’t have a model to show them.
Our breakout session will be held on February 4th from 10 am to 11am in South Hall Room 227.
Second – I’d like to invite you to be my guest for breakfast.
Yes, you read that correctly. Breakfast is on me!
Wednesday, February 5th – 7am to 9am at the Renaissance Hotel.
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other builders and remodelers. (What can I say – my clients are some of the very best in the industry.)
Plus, we’re releasing some new, cutting edge tools that I’ll be explaining during breakfast. It will include:
- A Live Demonstration of the Ubix Sales System.
- A preview of our New Lead Capture and Follow-up Tool called “Your Personal Designer”
- The Ubix Referral Manager Release! This is an ongoing, automated process for generatingmore referral leads.
All I ask is that you register, so I make sure we don’t run out of food.
Third, attending the IBS gives us a great opportunity for us to connect in-person to talk specifically about any of your business challenges. I have a limited number of time-slots available. Simply let me know you’d like to connect when you register for breakfast.
I’m looking forward to seeing you there. If you have questions or comments for me – simply enter them in the box below.
