How does it work?
Rick Storlie’s Functional Sales System is an ongoing lead generation, marketing and sales support platform with a unique version for remodelers, semi-custom and custom builders. The system plugs right into your website and current sales process. Each month you’re provided with ongoing support to generate new leads and convert them into buyers.
A back end web based software designed by Rick is used by you to manage everything- maximizing the ROI on your database. All the content for generating web leads and following-up with them is provided. The best part- much of the system is automated so you can focus on what you do best, build homes.
What do I get with the Functional Sales System?
You’ll get comprehensive training from Rick for setting up and managing your system. Proprietary tools and support for creating events, showcasing your homes on social media and systemizing your referrals. The core of the system is run by Ubix Web Marketing Automation software which ties directly into your website and automates the process of capturing new leads, following-up with relevant information and filtering the best leads to contact.
Do I need a large database to do this?
The short answer is no. You can start with only a handful of leads and prospects. The system automatically builds a database of future buyers for you every day. If you do have a large database of hundreds or even thousands that’s a bonus- you’ll start seeing results that much faster.
Is the system right for me?
That depends. The Functional Sales System is the most comprehensive marketing system available to home builders. Our goal for each of our clients is to obtain a 10% market share in their geographic service areas. Your local market needs to be able to deliver you a minimum of $5,000,000 in annual sales ($1,000,000 for remodelers) with the ability to grow from there.
Your annual revenue should grow by 20% over the first 24 months. This is obtained by developing new online revenue sources (40%), plugging your existing sales leaks (40%) and improving your existing margins (20%).
How much will this cost?

What is my commitment?
Because of the comprehensive nature of the Functional Sales System, we ask for a 12 month minimum commitment. After 12 months there is a 30 day notice to change your subscription level or cancel entirely. Either it works or it doesn’t.
How long does it take to get set up?
The initial FastStart period is 90 days. During this time your website will be modified or rebuilt to add lead capture tools, your staff will be trained and your Ubix Web Marketing Automation System customized for your company.
