Aside from all the ‘scary’ Halloween celebrations, as builders, you should be afraid of how crazy your life has become. Let’s face it, most of you have probably doubled or tripled your production and you’re still working with basically the same staff. You don’t have the time or energy to focus on improving your systems so you get stuck in crazy cycle of putting out fires on a daily basis- never getting the opportunity to make improvements. I can’t tell you how many builders I’ve talked tothat are just plain burned out after this year.

1. Hire additional staff
