One of the items I talked about at IBS, in the video and in the Management Guide is shifting your company from transactional to transformational. I’m in the process of doing this with my own company in 2016. In fact, I leave for my first mission trip 11 hours from now as I write this. Many of my clients (current and former) donated to my trip.
