Offline and Online Lead Generation for Builders: How to Structure Your Website!
In this training, you’ll learn about the four different types of web pages that you need to use on your website for the best lead generation for home builders and remodelers.
The four critical pages are:
- Home Page
- Interior Page
- Contact Page
- Squeeze Page
The home page is the place your prospects will first arrive – and it needs to make a powerful impression. I cover exactly what you need to include on this page, and where it should be located, including:
- Intro video
- A blog index
- Three call-to-action buttons
- What should go “above-the-fold” and “below-the-fold”
An Interior Page is where you’ll post 2 blog posts per week. We’ll review the different types of content and a key element you must have on the right side bar.
Contact Pages should include:
- 3rd party designations
- A team photo
- Testimonials
The fourth type of page – called a “squeeze page” is used to capture information from your site visitors – usually in exchange for some type of important information. (I reveal the key components of this page, and why each is critically important to make this work.)
