Game Day Coaching
 


Game Day coaching is designed to take the conceptual training learned in the New Home Sales Symposium Series and put it into practice.  It is 8 weeks of baby steps and small improvements that lead to large improvements over the course of a year. 

Instead of trying to improve 50% in a year, a task that seems daunting to many, Game Day focuses on 1% a week for 50 weeks.  The end result is the same and the salesperson is more likely to believe they can improve by 1% a week.

The First 8 Weeks
The team will be motivated with everything they have learned in the New Home Sales Symposium Series and the first 8 weeks is designed to keep them motivated.  Each week a small assignment is given out with a set deadline.  Team members are asked to deliver the assignment to each other and to the coach. 

New Home Sales Coach will critique, praise and problem solve during these sessions.  Meeting places typically take place at the model.  The following topics will be implemented in the first 8 weeks:

Week 1         Model Center Set up
Week 2         Greeting & Needs Analysis
Week 3         Appointment Setting
Week 4         Initial Consultation
Week 5         Demonstration
Week 6         Objections
Week 7         Closing
Week 8         Full Presentation

The Following 10 Months
Following the first 8 weeks of Game Day Coaching, months 3-10 are designed to go back and finalize the topics covered in the first 8 weeks and, most importantly, problem solve and remove any road blocks the salespeople are experiencing.  These monthly sessions will begin with a brief review of the selected topic and a round table/problem solving discussion of the day’s pertinent topics.

Phone and email coaching support

Also included in Game Day Coaching is unlimited email and 100 hours of phone support.  Questions that come up between meetings, script review and immediate problem solving are potential topics.  Additional phone support is available at a modest fee.
