Kevin,

Good for you for having a niche. Now ask yourself the question- how can you expand your niche? Are there non-profits, government agencies or neighborhood associations you can reach out to with a partnership offer? How can you help educate people who need this service about the types of programs available to help pay for these things? Position yourself as the expert and you're at Top of Mind Awareness when someone is ready to do a project. Good luck and happy selling!

Interesting perspectives Rick. Having a niche has helped me to some degree this year, but even specializing in need-based home adaptations, the projects tend to hover around the bare essentials... lots of grab bars and shower benches, and very few full bath or kitchen remodels. Yes, even here in Fairfield County, CT.
