		<description>Rick, well said!  It is quite amazing how &#039;traditions&#039; and the &#039;the beaten path&#039; in new home marketing &amp; sales keep being followed.  We are seeing change as more builders think outside the box in terms of how to get better results. It is a combination of people (skills &amp; knowledge),effective processes supported by technology (easy to use and relevant information). 

We all have our part to do in helping builders find the red lanterns.  Not easy, but a necessity for long term success.
